Raquel Peña, known professionally as DJ Raquiqui, is an Austin-based vinyl DJ, curator, and event producer known for blending Latin rhythms, soul, funk, disco, house, R&B, cumbia, and eclectic global sounds into high-energy sets built for connection and movement. Performing across vinyl and digital formats, she creates intentional music experiences for nightlife, corporate events, festivals, private parties, and cultural spaces throughout Texas, across the U.S., and beyond.

A proud Tejana with deep West Texas roots, Raquiqui brings generations of musical influence into every set, combining fluid mixing, thoughtful curation, and a deep understanding of dance floor energy. Known for her versatility and ability to move seamlessly across genres, she builds sets that adapt to the room while keeping momentum and connection at the center of the experience.

She has toured as an opening DJ for Mayer Hawthorne, supported artists including Egyptian Lover, Adrian Younge, and Grupo Fantasma, and has performed for Formula 1, MotoGP, SXSW, Google, Reddit, STARZ, Paramount, Doc Martens, and more.

In addition to performing solo, Raquiqui DJs alongside collectives including Chulita Vinyl Club, Queer Vinyl Collective, Sucia Daddys, and HOT Moon Vinyl. She also serves on the board of Women in Vinyl and brings more than 20 years of experience across entertainment marketing, event production, and music curation.
